吃在異鄉 ：蘋果汁蘋果汁蘋果汁蘋果汁!

最近很喜歡喝蘋果汁, 感覺比柳橙汁好喝
前陣子又在 wikipedia 看到蘋果汁的解釋,
裡面有一句

Apple juice is a common beverage both for children and for adults, but in North America, apple juice often is marketed specifically to children, who are informally considered its major consumers.

哇哈哈, 原來我是小孩子嗎

順帶一提, 在這裡有一個牌子 (martinellis) 的 sparkling apple cider 超級好喝

喝起來就像是加入汽泡的純蘋果汁
至於很多人的疑問, apple juice 和 apple cider 有什麼不同
在 wikipedia 裡, apple cider 的解釋是這樣
簡而言之, 在英國 apple cider 是一種有酒精的蘋果汁飲品
但在米國則不具此意義, 在米國有酒精的叫 hard cider / alchohol cider
除此之外, 普遍認為 apple cider 和 apple juice 是一樣的

(也有 cider 是規模比較小的製造商或農村/農夫製造的說法
或是採用較不同的蘋果製成, 或是 cider 比較少經過過濾
但普遍認為 cider 和 juice 是沒什麼硬性規定上的差異)
